Living at 103 offers two comfortable, fully furnished en-suite bedrooms. Guests can relax in a spacious, shared lounge area with a fireplace and books to read. Safe on-site parking with electronic gate for guests safety.
Located in Top Town, just below the (very known) Berry Dam, we are central and within 5 minutes from the Best Places to go in town. We have amazing Mountain views from our property. You can enjoy walks around the scenic Berry Dam or join our "Park Run" every Saturday morning at 8am (it's a scenic route on the Golf Course and walking distance from us). Everything is 5 minutes away, fantastic restaurant options and a Express Pick n Pay and Liquor shop a few blocks away.
