Step into a magnificent, spacious apartment nested in a secure, posh neighborhood of Parklands North. This is an apartment with own gated separate entrance & its own yard. There's a superfast fibre WIFI internet as well as a Desktop PC for your use. Braai stand & outdoor dining tables and chairs can be provided on guests request. The apartment has two beds (1 queen & 1 single) Easy access to Tablebay Mall, Shops, Gym, Blouberg & Melkbosstrand Beaches.
