Stunning home situated close to Margate main beaches and close to shopping centers. The large four bedroom and three bathroom house has a full sea and beach view. A large pool invites you for a cool down. Multiple braai areas. Eat outside or dine inside. All bedrooms have a seaview. Two bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms. Top floor bedroom has it's own balcony. 2 x Smart TV with Netflix. Free Wifi. Double garage to park your cars. Property is linked to armed response and opening windows and doors have security gates. No towels are provided, the property is full self catering Pack beach, bath and kitchen towels, sponges and toilet paper, soap, toiletries & cleaning products required as these are not provided. This is a non-smoking residence. Only the number of guests on the booking agreement No loud music, rages or parties, no student groups, no pets of any kind, are allowed in the complex, and may lead to eviction without refund. Please read through our attached terms and conditions. Water crisis in Margate area It is highly advisable to purchase your own bottled drinking water. There is a 5000 litre Jojo water tank as a backup on the property, however please use wat

Margate is a lovely holiday town in Kwa Zulu Natal in South Africa. The main beach is about a 5 minute drive. There are shops about 5 minutes drive that includes Checkers and Woolworths. Big shopping centre in Shelly beach about 15 minutes drive.
