Property information

This is a non loadshedding apartment. Electricity all the time. Perfect for the business person. CTICC conference venue is a short walk away (4 minutes on foot). For a family there is a sleeper couch for 2 young kids. Enjoy easy access to everything. The V and A Waterfront is a short distance from the apartment. You are able to walk on foot - it is a 15 minute walk. Peaceful setting on the canals. Enjoy the spacious patio overlooking the gorgeous crystal clear blue swimming pool and canals.

Neighbourhood information

Cape Town’s foreshore, which lies on the waterways of Table Bay, adjacent to the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront with the city centre behind it, is virtually dominated by the International Convention Centre (CTICC) and a number of prominent hotel chains. Close to the N2. Access from the foreshore to the heart of the Mother City is excellent. One can walk to the V&A Waterfront, from where there are a number of tour buses around the city, or walk to the city centre, where an array of historical buildings and an eclectic mix of cultures, restaurants and unexpected little avenues, make a day or two of exploring thoroughly enjoyable.
