We welcome you to our beautiful Afri-schique Boutique Hotel where you can relax and unwind while sipping on a cool refreshment and taking in the view of the majestic Langeberg Mountains.

Monte Vista Boutique Hotel, situated in the heart of the picturesque Little Karoo town, Montagu. Monte Vista, has 14 “afri-chique” en-suite bedrooms, including one wheelchair friendly room. A beautiful swimming pool complement the large property, featuring ample communal open spaces and manicured gardens with breath-taking views of the Langeberg mountains. Since Monte Vista Boutique Hotel is situated on the historical Church street, guests are within walking distance from fine restaurants, artisan beer breweries, art galleries and museums. We have secure and free parking on our premises. Montagu is situated 180 kilometres east of Cape Town on the internationally renowned Route 62 wine route, leading to Oudtshoorn.

Our town are friendly and we have so much to offer. We are rich with local talent from artists to bakers and singers to jewelry designers. Montagu also offer the warm water baths at Avalon Springs Hotel and furthermore also a beautiful hiking trails, biking and horse riding. Locally we have a few very knowledgeable guides that will take you through the town of Montagu, on bicycle or per foot to give you an entertaining look into our past.
