We love travel and we love property. We love good food and experiencing a new place the way the locals do. We love city life and the outdoors, living in Cape Town we spend a lot of time on the mountain. We love a place like Paris for its beauty, culture but also the Seine and beautiful architecture! Then we love a place like Tuscany....of course both have great foods and wines! We also love being in the bush, like Botswana. We love giving tips to any tourists who come to our gorgeous city of Cape Town!! That’s why we do property rental:)

Mouille Point modern furnished apartment is ideally located on the popular Sea Point promenade, overlooking the ocean with Robbin Island in the background and popular Green Point Eco Park. It is within walking distance from the V&A Waterfront, beach and the popular Green Point Urban Park The area has great restaurants, local deli's and supermarkets available over your stay. The apartment is newly furnished with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Beautifully renovated parkade floor apartment, in the heart of Mouille Point. Secure parking is available. Apartment has smoke alarms. Please let us know 30 min prior to your arrival to ensure a personal friendly check-in
