Njiri Lodge is our piece of Africa, a home that always feed our souls, gives us time to think and make decisions in life which we all need. So many magical memories we have of Marloth over the years from animals to laughter to magical animal experiences by the river. Avid bird and game watchers we both enjoy walking in the bush and experiencing the the finer details of nature. Photography is one of our favorite pass times and the location of Marloth to Kruger is unique giving us opportunities that would be hard to find elsewhere. We have always relished watching the joy our home has given friends who have stayed at Marloth and would like to share the experience. One our favorite past times is to take the folding chairs and table in the car down to river find a shady spot bring out the cool bag for sundowners or breakfast and watch the animal and bird activity for several hours. Marloth Park is situated on the bank of the Crocodile River, one bank is Marloth and the opposite bank is the Kruger National Park. This offers you a unique opportunity to be able to have full access to several kilometers of river frontage where you can see the Big 5 coming down to drink together with many other animals and abundant bird life. Situated a 15 minute drive from Kruger National Park Gate providing further opportunities of day and night drives, either self driven or guided. Njiri Lodge offers guided drives through Kruger 5 Safaris, situated within walking distance of Njiri Lodge. The Bush Centre Shops provide basic requirements such as wood, food items and fuel.
