Security and assistance?
This is an extremely safe area, but for your peace of mind, the pump house sits behind an electric fence. Another farm cottage is close enough for comfort (20m), but it is tucked behind a hedge and trellis fence for privacy. The owners live 100m away and are always available to assist you should you need anything.
