This is a fully self catering establishment The apartment has open-plan high ceilings and modern finishes. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main bedroom is glass enclosed with wooden panel features and has a bathtub and separate toilet. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and large dining table and the unit is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine and gas BBQ facilities. Free WiFi and private parking are available. Please be aware that this is a split level property , therefore has stairs and railing not suitable for toddlers. Quayside Waterfront Apartment is located 1 km from uShaka Marine World and 3.5 km from the Durban ICC Arena.

Neighbourhood information

The Point Precinct is an up and coming neighbourhood, still undergoing development, a promising project. The area is quiet and safe. Restaurants can be found at the Ushaka Complex with is a 5 min walk along the canal as well as along the beach promenade. Public transport would be by taxi/uber. One is able to hire a bicycle at the beach promenade. Nearby is the Ushaka Wet and Wild activity park with Aquarium and shopping complex. We are also a 5 min walk from the new Passenger cruise terminal.
