Swimming pool in this quiet and secure complex. Double underground parking bays. No load-shedding, as the unit has an inverter installed, which ensures there is Wifi, TV, lights, a charging plug, and a fridge. Perfect Unit for digital nomads and people working remotely.
Love sharing this beautiful property with people, it really is good for your soul! Sunrise breakfast on the beach, afternoon walking along the boulders boardwalk, seeing penguins. Working remotely, watching the ocean from the balcony, feels like a piece of heaven. And best of all no load-shedding as the unit has an inverter installed, which ensures there is Wifi, TV, lights, a charging plug, and a fridge.
Simon’s Town’s most famous beach is Boulders with a colony of about 3000 African penguins. This exquisite beach contains huge, rounded rocks (hence the name “Boulders”), and is a beautiful swimming beach. 10 km from Cape Point Nature Reserve, this is a wonderful day trip for hikers, history buffs, and birders. This pretty coastal town is South Africa’s main naval base and consists of lovely Victorian buildings, quaint streets, walkways, and fascinating history. Simon’s Town is a little further along the False Bay coast, +/- 40km from Cape Town City Central, which means it’s a great destination to explore the rest of the beautiful Cape from.
