With the beach a mere 180m in front of you and the Groot Paternoster Nature Reserve right next to you, this stylish and luxurious self-contained studio flat demands you kick back, relax and recharge. It is conveniently located an hour and a half from Cape Town. With Langebaan 40 minutes away and Paternoster only a 15-minute drive away you have access to the West Coast lifestyle at your leisure.
The studio is private, on the upper floor and completely separate to the main house. The property, entrance and parking are shared with the main house.
Please note that on the dune opposite the studio the owner is currently building his new home. It doesn't impact the studio too much as is 100m away however it is in process. Thank you.
