Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive/deep cleaning on check-out. Only standard cleaning on check-out is provided at the included rate. Fee will apply(minimum fee R400) if the apartment is in a state that requires excessive cleaning.
Late Check-out: Check-out is strictly 9am, no exceptions.We require the apartment vacant at 9am as we require the time from 9am to 3pm to attend to cleaning to have the apartment ready for the next guest. Please note extensions cannot be provided on day of check-out due to bookings we have already committed to.
Interaction with guests:-
Keys will be either delivered by myself on arrival or left with Security(self Check-In).
Other things to note:-
Bath towels are provided.
A set of soap & toilet paper provided.
Kitchen has a set of basic cutlery, crockery as well as pans, bowls, pots etc.
One Parking Dedicated to the Apartment 24/7 undercover, second parking bay open bay is available on a 1st come availability basis.

Wi-Fi(fibre) is provided throughout the apartment
BBQ Facilities & Pool on site for you to use whenever you require.
Early Check-In Can Be Requested(Subject to Availability).

The building is very secure & has a 24 hour guard on site. Facilities include a braai area, communal pool & sun deck for your use as well as your private parking spot inside the complex.There is direct access to the main Umhlanga swimming beach from the complex. The building is a prime location(situated between the famous Edge of the Sea Complex & Umhlanga Sands), within walking distance to shops & restaurants which are situated within the Umhlanga Village.
