This is a modern studio apartment, Self-Catering with a beautiful 180 degree sea view of Amanzimtoti Beach. The apartment has a queen size bed, one single bed and a sleeper sofa. It can sleep four people, all beds are in one big open plan lounge with seaview balcony as seen on pictures, not recommended for couples. One private bathroom with a shower and one toilet. Separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and hob. Cupboards include cutlery and crockery. Apartment has high speed fibre WIFI included in your rate, unlimited usage. Communal BBQ/braai area on the premises. Lifts and stairs in the building. Centrally located on Beach rd. Next to the sea within a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bank, pubs, children's entertainment area, bowling alley, pharmacy etc. 5 Minute drive to Galleria Shopping mall where you will find loads more restaurants and entertainment activities for the whole family. Amanzimtoti is 20 minutes drive to Durban Ushaka marine world aquarium/entertainment water park and also a 20 min drive to world world-known Aliwal Shoal scuba dive launch site located in Umkomaas.

Beach Rd Amanzimtoti is busy most of the year with holidaymakers from all over South-Africa. People escape the colder inland weather to come and enjoy the warmer seaside weather during the winter months. Various shops,restaurants,pubs and shopping malls can be found on Beach rd and in the immediate local area. Beautiful golden sandy beaches for swimming and fishing. The main beach also have a swimming pool on the rocks which is free to use and there are allocated swim areas with lifeguards supervising. Fisherman can be seen fishing on the beaches and rocks early mornings. Best sunrises for great pictures are between March and July. Busiest periods would be during the school holiday periods.
