Airy, sunny views, uncluttered, spacious. Spacious enough for an entire family, but cozy enough for all the family gatherings. The bedrooms give you just the right amount of (closet) space and the open plan of the living room makes it easy for your whole group to spend time together. The indigenous garden is larger than usual in the area and lusciously green. The delightful pool is well protected from the prevailing winds and sun.
By utilising solar power, the house is totally independent from the national power grid and local load shedding is not an issue. Also high bandwidth internet access makes this an ideal remote working venue.
When you arrive, you will be met by Julia Kramer. She lives close by and is very well connected to all activities taking place in and around Scarborough. She will ensure that your stay is pleasant and is a mine of information about the village and the surrounding area.

The landmark Camel Rock, the Hub and Whole Earth restaurants are a short walk away and serve delightful meals all day. During the summer there are Sunday markets and Camel Rock regularly features live music on Saturday nights.
Scarborough is a conservation village, so nature, sustainability and peace and quiet are its key characteristics (For more information please visit the Scarborough Environmental Group website). Other amenities such as shops etc are found in the neighbouring towns of historic Simonstown and Kommetjie.
