A unique Penthouse designed to accommodate two couples in comfort and style on top of the Concord building in Church Street Stellenbosch.
The views from the balcony terrace nearly 365 degrees of the historical town and the mountain range are spectacular.
The split-level layout comprises two bedrooms-bathrooms downstairs with a small lift and spiral staircase leading up the top level
where guests can wine and dine in the spacious living, dining area with an open kitchen set up.
Sliding doors on the northern and southern side of the living space opens up the area with the balcony terrace area wrap around the top level.
In the summer the small splash pool is a hit with guests and in the winter the fireplace in the living area the ideal spot to relax.
