A peaceful little house with a farm house atmosphere even though it's inside a well secure security estate. With its location at the edge of estate its isolated from the other houses in the estate with a huge lawn in front to enjoy the open view.
Having been living in Cape Town from 1991 we are true Cape Townians and enjoy meeting people from all over the world!!
The estate is situated within the historic neighborhood of Durbanville. Durbanville Is a well established neighborhood with an independent town centre( with shopping malls), private hospital and one of the best high schools.
