Gazelle Estate, a family-run retreat with newly built self-catering units, makes an idyllic base to explore the Green Kalahari situated in the Northern Cape, Kakamas. Peacefully located among lush vineyards, we are en-route to Augrabies Falls, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and the majestic Namaqualand flowers. The units are nested between date palms overlooking our 50-year-old Pecan orchard combined with a backdrop of surrounding mountains will leave you experiencing county hospitality at its best. All units namely Sinkhuisie, Kliphuisie and Karooland have the same open plan floor layout that can accommodate 1 couple per unit and are equipped with a standard size double bed, a spacious half bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower and a small lounge/seating area. The kitchen has an enjoyable “back to basics” feeling with all the necessities to prepare for your lovely braai. Outside, all units have a patio and freestanding braai. Parking is provided by a single carport at each unit with a power supply to charge your overlanding rig. Whether you travel for business or leisure, we’ll make your stay a memorable one.
