A newly built three-bedroom house all on one level with private gated access and a pool in the gorgeous area of Constantia, Cape Town.
All bedrooms are fully equipped with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. Designed and styled to a high standard for up to six people.
Comes with a separate utility room and toilet for guests, a beautiful outdoor patio area with seating, sunbeds and a gas BBQ.
