Canal Quays 404 is a luxury, executive one bedroom apartment, situated along the Waterfront Canal and is an easy 10-minute walk to the hub of V & A Waterfront and a 4-minute walk to the CTICC. This spacious open plan, self-catering 77-meter square apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, two air-conditioners, Nespresso coffee machine and free uncapped fiber Wi-Fi. Your stay will not be affected by loadshedding. All towels and bedding are provided. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The balcony overlooks the canal and is a great place to sit and have your early morning coffee or sip cocktails as the sun sets and watch the canal cruise and paddlers go by. There is a communal infinity pool which overlooks the canal and has an outdoor and indoor seating area to sit and relax. Restaurants, bars and a café are located within the precinct and are great places to meet friends and business associates or get a relaxing coffee or meal after a long flight or day of adventure. The Cape Town stadium is a 2km stroll away.
