3 Bedroom, Beach-front apartment on the 4th floor with magnificent sea views in popular Umdloti Beach. The apartment comes fully equipped with secure parking and a braai facility on the balcony of the unit. This unit is ideal for family getaways to the beach as the apartment is situated directly opposite the main tidal pool in Umdloti. Getting to the beach is as simple as crossing the road and you will have access to the main beach and tidal pool. The apartment is close to all Umdloti's necessary amenities with restaurants and a shopping centre within easy walking distance. Umdloti is situated 8 minutes from King Shaka International airport and 10 minutes from Umhlanga Rocks. Please Note: Booking this property requires that a 'breakage deposit' (R1500) be paid prior to taking occupation of the unit. The deposit is repaid within 24hrs of check-out.
