Based in the lush Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. 5 min away from Durbanville wine farms and 1km from Bellville golf course. 20min from CBD and V & A Waterfront. 30min from Stellenbosch wine lands. Lovely cozy house with great entertainment space. Indoor braai and bar leading out to pool deck. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO MUSIC ALOUD.
Available via phone, email or text. Someone is always available if anything is needed.
Close to Durbanville wine farms, Bellville golf club, Protea Hotel, Tygervalley shopping centre. Very safe Neighbourhood where kids still ride bikes in the street and Neighbours look out for each other. On street parking available. Uber is best to get around.
