The apartment is a self cater ideal for those longer stays as the kitchen is very well equipped. Offering the necessary crockery, pots, pans, cutlery and yes even a pasta maker. as well as a stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, French Press coffee filter, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a clothes washing machine for those longer stays as well as a clothes drying rack for hanging the clothes on. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan with the lounge looking out of a large glass window and door onto the outside sitting area with a view onto the garden and swimming pool. The patio area includes a little braai/barbeque and leads to a heated swimming pool. The view includes the Helderberg and Hottentot Hollands mountains. The bedroom offers a super king size bed and plenty of cupboard space to unpack your clothes in. The bathroom offers a bath with a shower over the bath. We hope you will love the quiet atmosphere and all that Somerset West and the Winelands has to offer.

Our neighbourhood has lovely mountain views is close to the beach about 10 minutes out of rush hour, surrounded by wine farms, good restaurants, good access to Stellenbosch -20 minutes drive with Cape Town 40 km away. The neighbourhood is peaceful and offers only a short drive away a number of beautiful hikes and mountain bike trails for the nature enthusiast. To mention a few; there is the beautiful Helderberg Nature Reserve, Boegoekloof Hiking Trail, the three day Boland Hiking Trail, the seven and four day Cape Winelands Walk, Grabouw offering Suicide and Riviersonderend 17Km trail of about 9 hours. Restaurants in the area are plentiful. We enjoy Blue Waters Giuseppe's Pizzeria as well as The Farmhouse. Steffanie's Place is really close by and highly rated.
