Magnificent 180-degree unobstructed view of the ocean located in Jeffrey’s Bay. Wake up to stunning sunrises and fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Come relax and enjoy peace and tranquillity in this 2-bedroom, self-catering cottage which sleeps 4. The pristine beach is just steps away, across a greenbelt/conservation area (where you may see buck, tortoise, mongoose). Dolphins, whales and the odd seal or otter may also be spotted in the beautiful waters. We are located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and have an inverter that will provide lights & TV during load shedding.
The accommodation consists of a cozy lounge area, small fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom with double shower and washing machine. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two ¾ beds. The unit has a parking area behind a remote-control gate (parking only for 1 vehicle behind the gate but additional parking is available on the road). The lounge and main bedroom have sliding doors leading onto a patio which has a built-in braai. The outside shower (hot/cold water) is round the corner from the patio. There is also a Weber braai available.
The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, countertop 2-plate oven with stove, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and tea & coffee is provided. The flat screen TV has independent DSTV channels and there is free WiFi. A drying-rack for clothes, ironing board, iron and hairdryer are also available.
There is a park around the corner and a lagoon in which children can splash around and where pink Flamingos are often seen. Board games are available on request.
LOADSHEDDING: We do have an inverter for lights and TV to help with loadshedding, but ask that no heating appliances are used if it is loadshedding as sometimes it causes the inverter to trip. There is a gas plate for the kettle and a gas cooker if needed . Our area for “Eskom Se Push” app is Jeffreys Bay (10).
