This guesthouse has been graded a few years ago but are now graded again, winning the Lilizela 2018 provincial award for 3 Star accommodation service excellence category. Building Exterior: Very neat & well cared. Safe & secure undercover parking. Adequate security lighting. Swimming pool sparkling clean. Bedrooms: Neatly painted with adequate space to move around with ease. All decor co-ordinated with adequate lighting, large mirrors & pictures adding to decor. Quality beds & bedding. Adequate heating & cooling systems. Neatly laid out bathrooms, some rooms have hand basins outside toilets & showers. Adequate space for one to two person at a time. Quality fixtures & fittings in all bathrooms Shared Areas & dining: Neatly painted areas, decorative pictures, quality tables & chairs with upholstered furniture, all very comfortable. Well organised reception area. Neatly laid tables & chairs with very good quality table settings, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Breakfast made with fresh ingredients. All needs of guests anticipated. A comprehensive booking & housekeeping procedure in place
