It is ideally positioned to reach most Cape Town attractions such as Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain, The Victoria and Alfred waterfront. It is within a 5km radius of UCT, the Cape Fertility Clinic, Kingsbury Hospital and Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds. A popular choice for Business people, families and tourists. It is close to the popular Constantia wine farms and a 40 minute drive to the Stellenbosch wineries.
