Yalta Park is a comfortable flatlet contained within a fine old, red-bricked Maritzburg house built in 1906. Fully renovated, it offers a comfortable double bedroom with an ample BIC, a stylish bathroom (shower), a neat kitchen (including a mini-oven and microwave), a work station for the professional far from home, and a comfortable main room that includes a sleeper couch. The full DSTV bouquet is available, together with unlimited wifi access. Covered parking is supplied, and the owner's five dogs - small and not so small - provide security.
Kirsten is a local businesswomen and although she grew up on a farm in the foothills of the Drakensberg, she is a proud Maritzburger. She shares the main old house with her husband and two sons, and his Dad - a colourful retired master mariner known as 'the Captain'.
Yalta Road is a quiet cul-de-sac in the suburb of Lester Park. The house is 1 km from the Botanical Gardens, and is close to a main arterial road to not just popular Hilton but also the CBD, the Liberty Mall and Maritzburg's many well-known schools.
