Al Faisaliyah Centre is 5 minutes away by car. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at Ibis Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff, particularly Mrs. Sarah, who attended to my needs with the utmost care and attention. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service truly enhanced my experience, and I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. It's rare to encounter such a high level of customer care, and I believe Mrs. Sarah is a true asset to your team. The overall service at the hotel was flawless, and I would highly recommend Ibis Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay. I look forward to returning in the future. The 3-star Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is ideally located at the end of the creek between Abu Dhabi Gate City and Bain Al Jessrain in Rabdan area. Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is perfect for both business and leisure. ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre) and Abu Dhabi Airport are just 15 minutes away while Yas water world and Ferrari world are just 20 minutes away. Free high speed WiFi is provided in all public areas and rooms. It is very clean and welcoming. My suite was huge, with a private bedroom, two bathrooms, a large living room and a full kitchen.

The owner Gasser was amazing. Check in and check out was smooth. Loved the terrace area and our room balcony with a Nile view. Easy access to and from island by regular and cheap boat service. Gasser makes the best cold (non-alcoholic) refreshing hibiscus drink I've ever had. No one else makes it like him. Even if you don't stay at the accommodation go for this drink.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, offering breath-taking views of both the canal and the sea. While the rooms followed the standard design typical of Ibis Budget hotels, the overall experience was quite pleasant. The hotel excelled in terms of its on-site restaurants, cafes, ample parking, and its commitment to cleanliness.

The hotel is really nice. There are restaurants in the structure and with my reservation the breakfast was included. The personnel is kind and helpful, they even refunded part of of the money, as I had a discount with the Ibis hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. The price is honest for what you get.
