The location was great for me. The price was within my budget.

The staff were very attentive and helpful and helped us with the bags that we needed to leave at the hotel before check-in time and look for a cheaper parking space. They were also very helpful with any questions we had.

It's cheaper than other hotels out there

Location is great. budget friendly. shower was good. good water pressure! you are paying for the location. it's a pretty no frills hotel.

Cheap with good location

Excellent customer service, everyone on duty was very cooperative and accommodated us according to our request. The entire place was sparkling clean, hats off to the house keeping team.

Very comfortable bed and room. Staff were very helpful. Cheaper off-site parking option which is very close. We were warned they were doing some refurbishments in the the daytime but we did not hear or see anything and it did not impact our stay.

The location was really convenient to visit niagara falls as it is on a bus route. Cheap price for people on a budget and good that it has laundry facilities.
