Search Ibis hotels in Ottawa and Countryside

It was a cheap stay, we have been to a lot of hotels and have our favorites so its more disappointing when we just stay at a place to save time and save some money. It wasn't worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant right nice to the hotel was pretty good and had lots going on.

Breakfast was awesome. I've stayed at a million hotels etc. And while this one "seems" like it would be budget or something, it's actually super awesome. The rooms are great. The beds are comfy. The breakfast slaps and they have to go bags.... just thoughtful and and you get the sense they care.

Great staff and great food! It’s a motel so you can’t have high expectations. Hair in the bathtub, blood on the bathroom curtain and dirty carpets but I expected this by the exterior of the motel. It’s a great place if you just want to sleep and grab a bite to eat. It’s also good if you are on a budget. The staff are amazing which can compensate for the outdated dirty rooms and terrible towels. I certainly can’t complain since I am on a budget.

The hotel is a big building that was adapted to be a hotel. The rooms are very close to each other, but the location and the staff are really good; we enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was okay. I think the hotel's price was a bit high, but it was the cheapest option for the days we were travelling to Ottawa. If you are going for a few days and cannot find a better option, this place is not bad for a short-term stay.

There were no options at breakfast for allergies to gluten or lactose even though sign indicated to ask for they didn't have anything when asked. There is no breakfast time to accommodate late arrivals on flights. Had to sleep only 4.5 hrs to access breakfast by 10 a.m. as we arrived at 4:30 a.m. as flight as delayed. As its an airport hotel should accommodate accordingly. Also should not have plastic cups or utensils and there is no recycling bin for the plastic? Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Breakfast was better than I expected for budget continental.
