I’d like to especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. We had to check out a day early, and without even asking, they refunded the remaining amount. That thoughtful gesture really stood out. We highly recommend ibis Thane and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The staff ( Abhishek, Muskaan and Preeti) were exceptionally good with customer service. I was travelling with elderly parents and they made sure that they were comfortable and that their needs were met. They were also extremely polite, courteous and went above and beyond to help me.
