The hotel is within Casanearshore, a closed area with office buildings, with controlled access. There is no through traffic in this area and the place is very quiet and peaceful. It is, however, very close to everything, there is a Carrefour in Sidi Marouf, lots of shops and restaurants around.

Hotel is 2 mins walking distance from the train and tram station, various cafe and restaurants are nearby. Tourist places like medina, malls and Hassan 2 mosque are a bit far from here(Ibis city center is a better selection).
