politeness of the staff. on site free parking and also available covered parking within the facility but at price of only 9€ per day. however staff suggested if available parking in front of hotel is available we can park. or else u can always parker within the facility. Breakfast timing is amazing, much better for people who wants to leave early. Breakfast is normal but tasty, option are less on not that great but not bad either.

The two-star hotel provided a very pleasant and welcoming experience, with exceptionally friendly staff. Mrs. Carlos at reception and the two cleaning ladies were particularly helpful during an unexpected situation, for which I am deeply grateful. I certainly plan to return in the future.

It's like any other Ibis hotels, rooms are small but very comfortable. Wifi is one of the best I've seen lately: it connects back as soon as you walk in and there's no need to keep authenticating. The neighbourhood is quiet but with lots of shopping options, nice cafés. Two of the best pastelarias in Lisbon have stores nearby: Manteigaria and Aloma.

I like the Ibis brand hotels and have stayed in a few over the years. This one was the least pleasant hotel I have stayed in. If you were using it to visit Sintra the location isn’t as convenient as I am comfortable with.

Really accommodating staff, ibis is a very basic hotel but exceptional value for money. Clean, tidy, great staff and a good fair breakfast. Couldn't really ask for more.
