Beautiful and quaint 'pub' with rooms above. Very little noise and hardly any traffic. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood with access to the Thames, restaurants, shops, parks, local transport and easy walks. There was real coffee, fresh milk and a Nesespresso machine in the room, this was marvellous for us Italians. The bed was comfy and there was more than one pillow each. The pub has a pretty garden in the back where we enjoyed a drink in the sun. Heaven. The staff were friendly and warm. We loved our stay and we'll be back!

It was a lovley comfortable room , lovely and clean , good value money wise , and the staff were very helpful.

Everything. But specially the crew, all very nice. We really feel to be home and cosy. The pub is very quiet and the food is good. Great to watch a football game after a long day of walks in Kew Gardens or Richmond Park. We love it.

I really loved everything during my stay! The young woman who welcomed me was very smiling, kind and efficient! My bedroom was quite, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect: delicious, with no extra fat and it allowed me to enjoy my day at Kew Gardens - which we're only a few bus stations from the hotel ( the bus stop being almost in front of it). I enjoyed a quiet moment admiring the sunset sitting comfortably a few meters from my bedroom and finally the Thames Path and Richmond Park were both at about 5 minutes walk. So you really should book a bedroom at The Rose of York. I know that I will be back!!
