Location was perfect with plenty of free parking. The rooms are beautifully decoratored, clean, comfy beds, and comes with lots of lovely little touches that really make you feel welcome such as bottles of water, amazing biscuits and even a personalised notebook. Other family members were staying up the road and were gutted when I showed them pictures because they wished they had booked in here instead. Thank you for a great stay will will be back

After a gruelling weekend at Download and a long drive back to Ireland to think about we decided to stay at Harpurs for a night to recoup.. What a great idea that was. The staff were friendly.. The room was perfect and the shower was hot and well needed.. we went downstairs for a bite and a cure. The food was amazing and very well priced (pizza deal cannot be faulted) the complintary pint went down a treat too... we retreated to the room for the rest of the night and had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed. I think we will make a habbit of this going forward. 10/10

A little gem of a place. Very conveniently, owners and staff were friendly and helpful from first to last. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you could possibly wish for. The drinks,meals, in the bar was excellent, will be returning in the near future.
