The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff (as has been in the past) are exceptional. All whom I interacted with were friendly, courteous and professional. The physical building is quaint and charming, but well maintained (carpet is clean, walls are in good repair, doors all shut and lock appropriately, tables in dining area and bar were wiped clean quickly after guests left).

The House 🏡 is clean and comfortable Shower, kitchen are clean The landlord visiting checks if I need anything I ask anyone to enjoy his holiday, rent this room 😜

Great access to Wigan, close to shops, train, buses. The pub downstairs has amazing staff and great priced beer.

From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The team, led by Misses Miele Hansen, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The building and all its facilities are state-of-the-art, with a modern design that feels fresh and welcoming. My private ensuite room was exactly that—private and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. The shared kitchen was another highlight: fully equipped and modern, making it a delight to use. The tenants were considerate and respectful, maintaining a quiet and cooperative atmosphere throughout the building. The location is perfectly situated: just a 5-minute walk to grocery stores and only 10 minutes to the city center. It’s in a safe, charming neighborhood close to many universities, making it an ideal choice for students or professionals. Finally, the price is extremely reasonable, considering the quality of the service and facilities provided. I cannot recommend this place enough! A big thank you to Misses Miele Hansen and her wonderful team for making my stay such a pleasant experience. If you come across this serviced ensuite while searching, don’t hesitate to book it!
