Staff (as has been in the past) are exceptional. All whom I interacted with were friendly, courteous and professional. The physical building is quaint and charming, but well maintained (carpet is clean, walls are in good repair, doors all shut and lock appropriately, tables in dining area and bar were wiped clean quickly after guests left).

Everything about this stay was amazing. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room itself was lovely and clean and well equipped (snacks were delicious). It had a small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The surrounding neighbourhood was beautiful with lots of trees and quiet too. Everything exceeded our expectations and the stay was very reasonably priced. We will definitely come to stay if we are in Manchester again!

Very friendly and helpfull at reception. Great modern room and bathroom and a really good size. Really Nice pub and restaurant . The lamb shank was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Perfectly located by Manchester Airport. Will definately be back.
