Loved the location, the view, the coziest bed! The room was very warm, and the shower was strong and hot, which is such a luxury in Cusco. The layout of the hotel is unique and added even more charm to my stay. The staff was very nice too. Early check-in available. All in all a really good experience ❤️

Very beautiful and cozy hotel. Hot shower, heating in the room turns on at 7 pm. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Free drinking water and hot coca tea in the lobby. The location is near the city center, you can go everywhere on foot. And also they serve a very good breakfast. We left our suitcases for several days while we were trekking and then spent one more night there - everything went super smoothly.

Everything! Excellent facility with great staff. Always ready to provide assistance. Special thanks to ALL the staff who supported us during our stay, with translations and directions. They were available to accommodate my request for late check out after our flight was rescheduled. Much appreciated. And the location was just super. Just few minutes walk to the center of all the fun and attractions. Kudos for making our visit to Cusco such a success.

we forgot one of our items at the property and left for Lima, realising there that we had forgotten it. Edoardo was extremely helpful to get it back to us before we flew from the South American continent. He saved us a lot of money and he as very courteous and also kept us up to date. one of the best hosts I have met in my travels. The property itself is located in a very nice location with local restaurants which we enjoyed a lot
