Very polite staff, check in was very easy, spacious rooms which were very clean and cleaned thoroughly every day. Location is good and in a safe environment. I was a bit worried about the Tenderloin area but that is far from the hotel, the hotel is in a very safe neighborhood with bakeries and grocery stores nearby.

This San Francisco hotel is located just 5 minutes' walk from Lombard Street, the "Crookedest Street in the World," and less than 1.5 km from Fisherman’s Wharf.

Superfriendly staff who allowed us to play cards/hang out in the dining room in the evening and also let us store our luggage on our last day as we had a late flight. Super cute with the friendly cat running around. Simple but nice with a little breakfast included. Lovely that the hotel serves coffee and tee every afternoon.

Very large and comfortable room. Everything was clean and the room had a nice clean smell. The bathroom was pretty much new and had a nice shower (lots of space and water pressure). Very very nice.
