It's been 12 years since we have been to Waynesboro and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Love the location and the facility was just perfect. Parking lot was lit at night, had no problems, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The location has grown so much, that we needed help finding places to go, places to dine, and the Hotel staff provided the help we needed. The room was clean, and quiet. They need to replace the TV Remote. The TV remote was broken and taped up, but we managed with it. We will definitely stay again the next time we get back up there. Hopefully, it won't be a long time like the last. Loved the HOT breakfast too!!!!!

I always stay at Choice Hotels and am a gold member. This Comfort Inn was very tired, our bathroom floor and entry floor where very dirty, the room smelled so musty when we opened the door it was terrible. Had I not booked ahead and prepaid we would have left the bed needed upgraded. To have paid 200 for this hotel is crazy but location was the key. I wouldn't recommend to others.

I was pleased that Dennis Campbell was able to make the change in the time that we required. he has a wonderful disposition and demeanor. he noted the things that he is going to have Mr. Johnson the Maintenace person on staff address. while the stay was very short it was a joy to have meet Dennis, and should I need to return I will choose the comfort Inn.
