If it was possible to give 11/10, I would do it for Clyde and his amazing place. We were welcomed so warmly with a glass of local wine on the panorama deck, got help with parking our car, received big dog smooshes from Simba and were always met with the friendliest of friendly smiles from Clyde. I mean this from the bottom of my heart: I have never ever had a better experience than at Guest House Juald. Book your trip here - I promise you won’t regret it!

The host is extremely welcoming and kind to her guests. She prepared dinner for us for the price of 15€ p.p. and it was delicious. The guest house is in a typical stone building with a sunny terrace with view on the valley and mountains. Parking is very appreciated since it's hard to find in the surrounding streets of the center.

Our stay in this guest house was incredible - it's well situated, with clean, comfortable rooms and a beautiful view over the city (particularly at sunset). The family are also all wonderful people: the grandmother cooked us a wonderful Albanian dinner, our host offered to drive us to the bus station, and every interaction was full of warmth and kindness. I recommend this guest house very strongly, and will absolutely come back!

Edmond and his family were the perfect hosts. The guest house is located close to the bazaar and castle. The room is great with fabulous views over the town. The breakfast is outstanding, located on the top deck, views everywhere and with plenty of homemade food and lots of variety. You can also have dinner at the guesthouse. Beautifully cooked authentic Albanian food. Edmond was our guide for a day taking us hiking to waterfalls and gorges. We highly recommend this place to stay.

Keli and his family are very nice, they made us feel very welcomed from the start. It does not feel like a hotel, you get a very hommie feeling and exceptional service. There is an option to have dinner at the guest house and try some home made traditional food cooked by Jevi (Keli's mum), delicious.. Breakfast is very good with a very nice view. Good wifi. They offer you a pick up and drop off from the bus station. Definately recommend.
