We had a wonderful stay at Ristorante le Bucce di Gandria. The room was cozy, clean, and full of character, exactly what you'd hope for in a small, lakeside hotel. What really made it special, though, was the view. Waking up to look out over Lake Lugano, with the mountains framing the water and the quiet little village of Gandria below, was something we won’t forget. The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful retreat that's still close to everything. It's just a short drive or boat ride to Lugano, and you're right near the Italian border too, which made day trips really easy. Gandria itself is tiny, charming, and full of atmosphere. Wandering its narrow lanes felt like stepping back in time. We also loved the slower pace and quiet evenings here. It was the kind of place where you can actually hear the lake. Highly recommend if you're after a mix of comfort, scenery, and a real sense of place.

El Albergo Ristorante della Posta está situado en el lago de Lugano, en el centro de la localidad de Morcote. Ofrece conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, acceso privado al lago y restaurante junto al lago. So many great things about this hotel! The location is spectacular!!! The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the pizza. Breakfast had lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The room view looked towards the famous church on the hill and terra cotta roof tops. There didn't seem to be hot water for showering the evening I was there. Not sure why that was, as I didn't ask. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Overall, fantastic value for the money. I very highly recommend this hotel. I hope to visit Morcote again. When I do, I will stay here again.

Ristorante Stazione se encuentra en Tesserete, a 8,3 km de Estación de Lugano, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Fantastic place. For sure simpler than a big name hotel but super friendly, clean and comfortable. For me it was the perfect place to stay in a beautiful area. Super happy.

Locanda Gandriese se encuentra en Gandria, a 25 km de Estación de Mendrisio y a 27 km de Villa Carlotta. Tiene una vista genial! Está ubicada a las afuera de la ciudad, en una pequeña localidad muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, leer y nadar. El dormitorio tenía una vista increíble al lago, y cuenta con una terraza para comer y contemplar el paisaje. El personal muy amigable y atento. La pieza, espacios comunes y el baño que era compartido estaba muy limpio.
