We like everything in this place...the people working there are very nice especially the young lady who can speak english is so welcoming and help us get another room since we need to stay another day because we had our car for repair. The room is beautiful, we had a room with balcony on our first two days and on our last day is without but both are very nice room and very clean... the hotel is newly renovated. Bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Parking is not a problem if you are with your car because they have a big parking place. We have the free breakfast with our hotel. They have a good breakfast to choose from. They also serve some of the food and the coffee to you on the table. We had also dinner at the restaurant and we are satisfied with the taste and the portion of serving. We are 3 to eat and we pay less 100€ only( foods with lots of beer, wiine and liqueur) Eventhough we had problem with the car there are good people around the neighborhood thats why we still had a wonderful stay( there's a gasoline station nearby with mini market with really cheap price. My husband found a good guy named Rico from the gasoline station who helped us ). Over all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!

It is like the hotels I'd stay in Germany forty years ago. It's family owned and run. The rooms are comfortable. The entire hotel is clean. It's also a little quirky. Check-in is between 6PM and 8PM. The restaurant serves dinner between 6PM and 8PM. Drinks are served until ten. Also, there are several days a week when the restaurant is closed. However, the food is fantastic. The owner has a garden from which she harvests fresh vegetables daily. The tomatoes were amazing. We ate in the hotel our second night, and then returned the next for mostly the same dishes. The hotel is located in a tiny village, and the hotel seems to be the hub of activity. One night a local men's choir was practicing inside while we ate outside. Then the local fire department dropped by for bratwurst and beer. In the distance we could hear some band members practicing. Marvelous!

Our room had a ceiling fan which is also really nice. Amazing location for when you're visiting the medieval festival. Really good value.
