Breakfast was well enough and tasty. The room was spacious and quite well-equipped, with a wardrobe and enough desk space and racks. Good Wifi. Good location for visiting Otepää, Tartu or Elva, I recommend staying there, but you need your own transport.

Everything worked like a charm. I recieved useful messages from the staff before and during my stay. Staff I met in breakfast was really friendly. Room had good kitchen facilities. Sauna and gym option was great even though this time I didn't use them. Parking lot was great and I could sleep well knowing that my motorcycle is in safe. Many has companies about noise in reviews. My room was in the inner yard side so I found room quiet i didn't hear anything from other rooms either.

Spacious and well planned apartment. Easy to get there, flawless check-in and check-out. Parking, terrace. Fairly quiet place. Wasn't hot during the summer day even without using aircon - opening windows is more than enough. Great with kids - nice tiny playground in the inner yard. Location is good for any purpose.

This is a cheap way to spend your night while visiting Tartu. I stay there when I go to theatre, but can not get back to Tallinn with the last bus. It is cheap and functional and in the heart of city center. Very comfortable. You can get in all night long.

A lovely place, very cozy and well maintained and very clean. I didn't meet the host but I got good instructions per message. The leaflet on the fridge has great infos to spend the time in Tartu (I followed the recommendation for dinner and went to "Spargel", excellent choice). It is in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to a shopping center and historical places.

Enough space even for more than 5 people family. Big dinning table, really nice 1 King size and 1 Queen size bed and huge sofa that could be used as bed for at least 2-3 persons (kids). Friendly greetings (candies) received from the owner on arrivals, left on the table 👍 Comfy kitchen equipped with all cooking staff 👌 2 toilets 👍

Good size rooms with nice furniture, comfy beds, good solutions of lights. Spa with lot of facilities, different saunas, places to be and relax. Really good and full of suprise dinner at Joyce restaurant. Super easy to go for a shopping because the hotel is situated in same building :)
