Every thing , and the location was perfect , right on the other side of the river from the Guggenheim museum. Very practical to be in the cultural center of town . And the prices were correct.

The staff at reception desk was extremely helpful. Made a huge effort to understand my broken Spanish. Helped us with public transport. Highlighted bus and tram routes on map etc. Helped us a lot plan visit. Hostel very well situated. 2 buses outside (28 and 58.) Direct to town centre. Recommended address for dinner. Hostel very quiet at night. Car parking facilities excellent. Large family room with bathroom/ toilet. Very comfortable beds.

Pension was small quiet and had good AC. We were able to leave our bags a bit early which was very handy. It's a bus ride / 30 min walk from the centre but has nice little cafes and bars nearby.

Great location near old town and beach. Upmarket area. There are a lot of 'Pension's' in the old town but I suspect are smaller and noisier than this place.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the hosts are extremely pleasant and helpful, the breakfast is rich and tasty, and in general everything was great. There is a common sitting room with board games and cards you can borrow. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is also great, but what is the absolute must in the area is "Ibernalo Landetxe" just outside nearby Kanpezu. Note that Google maps with fail to get you there as it hallucinates a non-existent road, just ask somebody in Kanpezu to show you the road up.

It is a beautiful ecohotel in a quiet village. Very well located for exploring urdaibai area. Very friendly people who will make you feel at home. Breakfast is great. We did not have dinner but it is highly recommended. Safe parking next to the property.

Pension Balerdi is located exactly at the beginning of the old town center. Everything is at walking distance, including the larger city beach! There is a parking close by with a cost of around 28 € per day. People at the reception are very kind, giving advice on what you could do and were to eat. There is a coffee machine available in the common areas.
