Brilliant customer service, very attentive staff. We had the buffet for dinner and the breakfast at the hotel and they were both exceptional. We were spoilt for choice! Fantastic facilities on site we will definitely be visiting again. Food was our favourite especially the Amritsar kulcha!

From top to bottom all staff is very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed buffet dinner and breakfast the most.

The size of the room and dinner

The staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, from the front desk to the dinner and breakfast crew. Traveling with a baby can be tough, but they made it so much easier for us. Arun was a lifesaver in the morning when our little one was tired and fussy. He even packed our breakfast to take to the room. The room was clean and comfortable, too. Loved the food! The buffet offered a great selection.

The staff without exception displayed excellent customer service, especially Isnahil in reception. The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide choice of food and drink. We had dinner at the hotel three times. The dinners were also delicious. The chef came to our table in person to check that we were enjoying our dinners. This hotel really provides value for money.
