It was great to have a shower and washer/dryer in our room. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating; they even helped me locate a water bottle that I thought I had lost and held it for me to pick up later. The area was also very nice; we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit while in Kyoto.

Really beautiful room with a huge bed and lovely sliding doors in the huge windows that make the interior really pretty. The shower was really powerful and they provide large fluffy towels. They have a mini fridge for any small items and there’s combini a minute away. You can easily take the bus but a nearby bus stops and it’s conveniently located next to lots of tourist spots. The gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful, responded to our requests quickly and went out of his way to provide great customer service.
