The hosts were very helpful in booking us dinner reservations and other things during and before our stay. The location of the house is perfect! Right near everything. Great shower.

This location was the less known in our Japanese tour but one of the most special. The team in the Ryokan was very helpful and they organised a very exceptional dinner for us in a restaurant (who didn't have an English card) but this was a wonderful experience. Thank you again!!!

The guest house is in a fascinating old house, well renovated. It is very clean and equipped with everything a traveller could need. Staff are really helpful and dinner is highly recommended.

This was our Ryokan experience. It didn’t wow us as much as we thought. Dinner was ok as was breakfast. The service was impeccable though, dinner in room at low table with waitress knocking to enter with food. Slightly uncomfortable at the table, not used to sitting like that and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. Good experience, glad we did it, might research others earlier to book one well in advance if we did another one

The guest house was comfortable and located in a quiet location. The premises seemed new or had recently been updated. It was clean and well-equipped. The staff in charge, though not fluent in English, was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our two-day stay and managed to rest and recover from our flight.

The uno port inn is in a perfect location for exploring Naoshima and near by islands. Staff reccs for dinner spots were very helpful. The bagels and coffee are excellent! 2 minute walk to the ferry and 4 minute walk to a beautiful onsen.

Guest House Toranjyo-lit was exactly as described. Our small family of 3 stayed a couple of nights to visit Teshima and it was a perfect location. Short walk to the ferry at Uno Port. Communication was super easy and Yuki was very helpful. We would certainly stay there again!

I stayed there for 1 night, the location of the hotel is not far from the train station and Kurashiki Bikan, allowing me to spend plenty of time taking cityscape photos, the price of the room included dinner and breakfast. the hotel was a little bit old but still functional and the room was clean.

Excellent location. An easy walk with large bags from the train. Brilliant location if you are heading to Naoshima island. Sea view rooms beautiful. Well appointed room, pillows fantastic . Great breakfast and dinner at both restaurants lovely. Staff fabulous. Definitely would recommend. Also have bikes for hire.

Property was conveniently located in the beautiful Bikan Historical Quarter approximately 10:15 minute walk from the Kurashiki train station. I believe it is the oldest ryokan in town. It was not overly luxurious, however, it was quite clean and comfortable. Our room had a private bath and a wonderful backyard garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and kaiseki dinners were so tasty and very authentic Japanese.
