This family-run establishment was vibrant with hotel and restaurant guests — it felt like a real neighborhood institution! Dinner smelled wonderful but we went out to Kotor and only had breakfast there which was delicious. It was very clean. AC was much appreciated on the 93 degree days!!

Sandra and Tony are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The aircon system seemed new and worked perfectly. The large outdoor terrace was a bonus so we could enjoy the beautiful views of Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains. There is a bakery, a coffee shop, a supermarket and a cafe downhill from the guest house and the old town was only about 15-20 minutes walk away. We had a lovely, relaxing 2 day stay. (Please note the guest house and rooms are much better than the photos!)

The bedroom was spacious and the bed very big with curtains for privacy. Nadja was very nice from beginning to end.

The room is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The view from the terrace over the bay is amazing! Host is very friendly and even offered to book dinner for us. Perast restaurants and beaches are very walkable.

We had a perfect stay at Palazzo Banicevic Luxury Rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the pool was amazing. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding and the freshly baked cookies were a great surprise we will not forget. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Boka Bay was also exceptional. We would recommend both the property and the restaurant Boka Bay to anyone visiting and we look forward to staying again, hopefully soon.

Nadja was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful guest house in the centre of old town. Plenty of shops restaurants etc within metres.
