Mehamn Airport is 21 km away. The room had a superb view of the port and the beds were very comfortable. The two kitchens were very well equipped and there was a really nice living room. We really enjoyed our chat with the host who told us about the store and the town. And it is close to Slettnes Fyr. This was our first stay in Gamvik and we have already booked for next year. We've visited this hotel on the way to North Cape, and we decided to book it again on the way back. 1) Location is very convenient, 1 day of drive from North Cape 2) Hotel looks a bit old from outside, but inside it was recently renovated and rooms are super comfortable. 3) Sleep was amazing - very quiet, good mattress. Bathroom is very modern and has everything. 4) We mentioned that we travel with a baby, and they have prepared for us a crib with super warm and cute sleep bag. 5) Hotel has restaurant, breakfast is free, but they also have lunch and dinner for additional fee, which is very convenient in such a remote area
