The rooms were very clean and spacious. Shower was great- hot water instantly. Consumables such as soap and toothbrush good. Staff excellent and Rania the "hotel and restaurant" manager was very warm and welcoming on arrival and just in general- this was sincere. Value for money is excellent. Buffet at dinner was above average, but not 5 star mind blowing. There was a good selection, the food fresh and tasty and as more people come I would expect it to get even better.

Nice spacious and clean rooms, attractive lobby, good breakfast options, the dinner a la carte menu has good offerings, there is a comfy sports TV cafe, welcoming and receptive staff who are quick to help. There is also a pool and small gym. I enjoyed the stay and was surprised by the quality of the hotel considering the location. The location is great for those doing business south of Riyadh.

rooms are very clean, all the room/lobby furniture is new and comfortable. Good location for business trip with car - near to the ring road. Many options for coffee/dinner near to the hotel. Very good breakfast.

I love the staff , very helpful and friendly. The Restaurant made awesome breakfast and Dinner.

The facility is well situated. Check-in was easy with assitance to take up luggages. The Facility was clean, the reception and waiting area had a luxurious feel and smell with the lovely aromatic diffuser oils. The apartment/room was beautifully decorated with spacious rooms. The apartment had a functional kitchen and spacious dinning area. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are at walking distance from the building.
